This is open to any one who is:

  • Reiki trained to any level in any lineage and seeking to reconnect with a Reiki practice and/or community.

Throughout the retreat, we will delve into practices that not only soothe the past and present but also equip you with tools for lasting resilience and inner peace. From learning the art and science of breathwork and the profound relaxation of yoga nidra, to experiencing and understanding the calming touch of Reiki with Reiki (Level One) Self care training. The Accomodation

Sage Manor is a wonderful spacious house with plenty of room for you to relax.

This 8 bedroom house features a warm and inviting entry, formal dining room, informal dining, large kitchen and a cosy slow combustion fire for those cool evenings. Light-filled sunroom with cosy armchairs, day bed and magnificent surrounding garden view. A heritage style library for the book worms or just a peaceful nook to relax. The northern end of the Manor is the conservatory style space, sun-filled and ideal for reading, relaxing, yoga/meditation or just taking in the lush garden aspects. This property has charm with a classic feel, but a warm relaxed coming-home atmosphere.​

Sage Manor is situated in a private leafy enclave at the base of Mount Gibraltar with outlooks onto beautiful formal gardens along with spectacular deciduous mature trees. Wrapped in a multitude of outdoor verandas and patios to enjoy leisurely breakfasts, lunches or BBQ dinners.​With stunning established trees including huge gum trees, weeping cherry trees, magnolias, rhododendrons, camellias, roses, hellebores and tulips in season, Sage Manor truly is a beautiful garden setting to enjoy.

YIN YOGA & REIKI WITH ANNA & DAVEE GADBAN AT FLOW COLLECTIVE YOGA

Join Anna O'Keeffe and Davee Gadban for this deeply restorative and healing experience that will soothe your nervous system and bring about balance to your whole being. Allow us to guide your body into a state of rest and digest, where your body knows how to heal itself naturally through a powerful yet relaxing combination of Yin and restorative Yoga poses with hands on Reiki. 

In this deeply nurturing experience Davee will guide your yoga class, offering a sequence of postures that will allow the body to release undigested emotions and blocked energies via the meridian system, and deep within the fascia of muscles where the body is known to hold stress and tension.

As you hold these poses Anna will move around the room giving hands on (optional) Reiki, primarily focusing on the head and back body. Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice that is deeply restorative and engages the body's parasympathetic response (rest and digest), gently reminding your body how to return to balance.

Reiki level two training

Reiki level two training is for those wanting to deepen their Reiki connection and Reiki practice, perhaps even to work with others or use Reiki in a professional setting.

To participate in Reiki level two training you must have completed Reiki level one training and attunement not less than six months prior.

Reiki level two enhances your connection to Reiki, and raises your vibration. It is an invitation to access deeper levels of self awareness and, if you allow it, make steps toward your personal Spiritual healing and awakening through your own Reiki practice. Learn the system of Reiki and the practice itself becomes the teacher.

Reiki level one / Reiki self care training with Anna

Let’s call Reiki what it is - a Spiritual practice. Spiritual practice is about you, your deepest self, your wellness, your essence. In addition, Reiki practice is healing. It restores balance to your whole system.


The focus of my Reiki level one training is how to practice daily self Reiki, understanding Reiki as a Spiritual practice, and why this is important, including the science-supported benefits to your health and well-being. This is because I truly believe that when we take our own healing literally into our own hands we become empowered.

You'll learn the history, origins and the Spiritual principles of Reiki, and how to give yourself and others (friends and family) a full Reiki session. There will be plenty of time for hands on practice, discussion and questions. Plus ongoing support from me.

What could be more accessible than your own hands? You will have the ability to develop a daily Spiritual practice and immediately engage the body's rest and digest response and bring your body back to balance, where it can nourish and heal itself.

WHAT TO EXPECT - WHY TWO DAYS?

Day one focuses on understanding what is Reiki, Reiki history and the level one attunement.

Day two is much more practical and focuses on hands-on practice.

I structure my training in this way across two days as Reiki is experiential and I have found that if students don't get an opportunity for practice in a supported environment they are less likely to carry on with regular self practice outside of the session. I am able to attune you and teach you the practice but it is the regular practice of Reiki that then teaches you about what Reiki is or is not and what it is capable of. My two day course is a Reiki immersion rather than just a few hours to receive your attunement and send you on your way. I offer continual mentoring and support with regular practice groups to allow you to share your own experiences and ask questions. 

Reiki training involves an Attunement. A Reiki attunement is a journey of deep personal growth, a non verbal spiritual initiation that connects you to higher levels of consciousness and an unlimited source of healing.

Join Anna O'Keeffe and Davee Gadban for this deeply restorative and healing experience that will soothe your nervous system and bring about balance to your whole being. Allow us to guide your body into a state of rest and digest, where your body knows how to heal itself naturally through a powerful yet relaxing combination of Yin and restorative Yoga poses with hands on Reiki. 

In this deeply nurturing experience Davee will guide your yoga class, offering a sequence of postures that will allow the body to release undigested emotions and blocked energies via the meridian system, and deep within the fascia of muscles where the body is known to hold stress and tension.

As you hold these poses Anna will move around the room giving hands on (optional) Reiki, primarily focusing on the head and back body. Reiki level one / Reiki self care training with Anna

Let’s call Reiki what it is - a Spiritual practice. Spiritual practice is about you, your deepest self, your wellness, your essence. In addition, Reiki practice is healing. It restores balance to your whole system.


The focus of my Reiki level one training is how to practice daily self Reiki, understanding Reiki as a Spiritual practice, and why this is important, including the science-supported benefits to your health and well-being. This is because I truly believe that when we take our own healing literally into our own hands we become empowered.

You'll learn the history, origins and the Spiritual principles of Reiki, and how to give yourself and others (friends and family) a full Reiki session. There will be plenty of time for hands on practice, discussion and questions. Plus ongoing support from me.

What could be more accessible than your own hands? You will have the ability to develop a daily Spiritual practice and immediately engage the body's rest and digest response and bring your body back to balance, where it can nourish and heal itself.

Reiki training involves an Attunement. A Reiki attunement is a journey of deep personal growth, a non verbal spiritual initiation that connects you to higher levels of consciousness and an unlimited source of healing.
