The focus of my Reiki level one training is how to practice daily self Reiki, understanding Reiki as a Spiritual practice, and why this is important, including the science-supported benefits to your health and well-being. This is because I truly believe that when we take our own healing literally into our own hands we become empowered.
You'll learn the history, origins and the Spiritual principles of Reiki, and how to give yourself and others (friends and family) a full Reiki session. There will be plenty of time for hands on practice, discussion and questions. Plus ongoing support from me.

I structure my training in this way across two days as Reiki is experiential and I have found that if students don't get an opportunity for practice in a supported environment they are less likely to carry on with regular self practice outside of the session. I am able to attune you and teach you the practice but it is the regular practice of Reiki that then teaches you about what Reiki is or is not and what it is capable of. My two day course is a Reiki immersion rather than just a few hours to receive your attunement and send you on your way. I offer continual mentoring and support with regular practice groups to allow you to share your own experiences and ask questions.

Reiki level two training is for those wanting to deepen their Reiki connection and Reiki practice, perhaps even to work with others or use Reiki in a professional setting.
To participate in Reiki level two training you must have completed Reiki level one training and attunement not less than six months prior.
Reiki level two enhances your connection to Reiki, and raises your vibration. As a Reiki master teacher Davee is passionate about sharing healing energy with her students. Initially, she began using yoga as a tool to manage stress and anxiety. She always holds her students in the warmth of loving kindness and her classes can be described as ‘medicine for the soul.’

Anna O’Keeffe is a Kinesiologist, registered with the Australian Institute of Kinesiologists, an experienced Reiki (Master) Practitioner and trainer, and a certified (100 hours) Yoga nidra teacher and guide. Anna came to these practices through her own journey of self-healing, a desire for spiritual connection, and to empower herself with tools to cope in an overstimulated world. Anna is passionate about sharing these tools to help others maintain or regain control of their health and happiness by restoring balance to the body and mind. Anna supports clients in releasing emotional blockages, pain, tension and trauma from the body on all levels; physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
Anna brings over a decade of experience working with clients using Kinesiology to support individuals through their personal healing journey. Anna loves all things energetic and metaphysical. She combines this passion with her unique experience and intuition to provide a safe and sacred space for clients to explore what lies beneath the surface; creating a catalyst for transformation and growth. The focus of my Reiki level one training is how to practice daily self Reiki, understanding Reiki as a Spiritual practice, and why this is important, including the science-supported benefits to your health and well-being. This is because I truly believe that when we take our own healing literally into our own hands we become empowered.
You'll learn the history, origins and the Spiritual principles of Reiki, and how to give yourself and others (friends and family) a full Reiki session. There will be plenty of time for hands on practice, discussion and questions. Plus ongoing support from me.
What could be more accessible than your own hands? You will have the ability to develop a daily Spiritual practice and immediately engage the body's rest and digest response and bring your body back to balance, where it can nourish and heal itself.
WHAT TO EXPECT - WHY TWO DAYS?
Day one focuses on understanding what is Reiki, Reiki history and the level one attunement.
Day two is much more practical and focuses on hands-on practice.
I structure my training in this way across two days as Reiki is experiential and I have found that if students don't get an opportunity for practice in a supported environment they are less likely to carry on with regular self practice outside of the session. I am able to attune you and teach you the practice but it is the regular practice of Reiki that then teaches you about what Reiki is or is not and what it is capable of. My two day course is a Reiki immersion rather than just a few hours to receive your attunement and send you on your way. I offer continual mentoring and support with regular practice groups to allow you to share your own experiences and ask questions.

This class is open to everyone (16+) no experience is needed.
Yoga nidra is EFFORTLESS. There is no movement involved. You will be lying down on your back or side (whichever serves you best) with blankets, bolsters, and pillows. All you need to do is turn up, be guided by my voice, and REST!
Yoga nidra, also known as Yogic sleep or Non sleep deep rest (NSDR) is a powerful technique for gently guiding your body out of the fight/flight response and into your body’s natural state of rest and digest (parasympathetic nervous system). It is in this state that your nervous system can reset and your body can restore and heal itself naturally, offering multiple benefits to your health and well-being. These include improved sleep, reduction in pain and tension, improved resilience to stress, and a tool to manage or improve anxiety.
Think of shutting down all the open tabs of your brain and allowing your body to reside in a deeply relaxing and restorative state whilst remaining fully conscious and aware. Imagine all the muscles in your body releasing and letting go. And the best part is all you need to do to achieve this is to follow my guidance. It really is that simple!
Classes are drop in. $20/class.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow/cushion for your head, eye covering if you have it, and a blanket if you can.

Anna is a Yoga nidra teacher, Kinesiologist and certified Usui/ Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. She is passionate about restoring balance to the body and mind.
Sound is an effortless way of achieving a deep state of relaxation, and is also a powerful way of moving through blockages in the body. Our body searches for its own vibrational frequency by adjusting itself to match the resonance of the sound.
