Yes, I’m a Kinesiologist but here’s what I love about my work...
Listening. The kind of listening that you so rarely receive. Without interruption. Without rushing.
Creating safety. A space where you don’t need to brace. A space where little by little you may find yourself easing after years of holding on. Surviving.
Helping you to come back to your body. Landing. Gently. At your pace.
Supporting you to reconnect with your heart. Opening the doorway to self acceptance.
Encouraging you to observe what is taking shape within you. Not just what has happened but how it has shaped you. Your beliefs, relationships, patterns and fears.
Hand holding. Patience. Following your lead. Because this work isn’t about rushing it’s about safety.
Guiding you to gently notice your underlying emotions and how they quietly direct your decisions, reactions and self worth.
Kinesiology - don't be put off by the word Maybe you've never heard of it before, or you're not sure how to pronounce it, or maybe you just don't know what it is And that's OK!
I'd never heard of Kinesiology the first time I experienced it. I had no idea what to expect or how I would feel about it during or after the session.
What's important is the space we hold as a practitioner. What unfolds in a session isn't defined by the name of the modality. It's how you feel. Are you safe, seen, heard and held?
If you're curious reach out to learn more. I’d love to hear from you!
I work online and in person.
