• Gassho (Reiki prayer) Meditation

• Reiki Self practice

• Reiki swap with a partner

• A group share Reiki experience

• Q&A and sharing of experiences

This is open to any one who is:

• Not Reiki trained but interested to learn more or experience Reiki in a group setting

• Reiki trained and seeking support with their Reiki practice
